Extremely pushy scam outfit, attempting to convince me that I was owed some unclaimed compensation.

I received a rather alarming call from this number, with the caller claiming to have information regarding an accident I supposedly experienced back in January. Naturally, I found this baffling as I’ve not had any such incident. When I pressed him on how he had acquired my personal information and mentioned something about the Data Protection Act, he became extremely aggressive, insisting that my details weren’t private and that they could use them however they pleased. To make matters worse, when I tried to ring him again, he resorted to sickening insults, including vile threats towards my family. This is undoubtedly a scam, so please remain vigilant!

I received a phone call following a car accident, claiming that I was due compensation from the other driver's insurance.
They insisted I had undisclosed injuries and pressured me to accept the compensation.

I received a call from this number, and they professed to represent the Road Accident Investigation Agency... What a load of rubbish! There’s no such organisation! The fool just keeps rambling and doesn’t take a hint... Please be cautious of this fraudulent number.

Received a call from someone claiming to be dealing with a car insurance claim - but we’ve never lodged any such claim. The bloke wouldn’t listen to a word I said, just kept blabbering on. When I queried his identity, he mentioned a firm based in Manchester. I decided to give them a bell, only to find out they had no connection to this call whatsoever. Quite the dodgy situation!

I’d like to share a rather distressing experience that impacted my grandmother. She received a call from what she thought was a legitimate organisation, and they managed to persuade her to divulge her bank and card information, as the caller seemed incredibly convincing. Thankfully, she realised something was off and rushed to her bank right after the call, which fortunately meant nothing was stolen from her account. It’s really important to raise awareness about these devious individuals, particularly to those who might be more susceptible. While they may come across as charming over the phone, their intentions are nothing short of deceitful!

I received a call from the same number, claiming to represent the "Electricity Board" and trying to sell me some sort of power-saving device. They were quite pushy, going on about how it could reduce my electricity bills by a whopping 44%-what a ridiculous figure! When I probed further about the cost, they flat-out refused to give me any details, saying I’d only discover that once it arrived. Honestly, who falls for this nonsense? It’s baffling to think some folks might actually agree to such a blatant scam!

Had a call earlier today around 3:30 PM. The caller claimed to be from some "Electric Company" and spun a yarn about pensioners supposedly qualifying for a 40% reduction on their bills thanks to a fictitious government initiative. They were clearly angling to snag my debit card details! It's obvious this is nothing but a scam!!! Steer clear of this so-called company at all costs!!!!

I received a call from someone claiming to represent a telephone preference service, saying they wanted to send me a device to help cut down on unwanted calls. Then, out of nowhere, they started probing about the payments for my phone line. I questioned the relevance of that to their offer, and the chap had the nerve to ask what name I had on my bank card! At that point, I figured it was all a ruse, so I flat-out told him he was trying to pull a fast one. I’m not gullible enough to hand out my card details to some random caller!
