I keep trying to call back this weird number but it just won't go through for some reason.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with the ministry of justice. They said the euro lottery had gone bust and hadn’t paid all the winners. They told me a Mr David Williams was handling my case and gave me a number to call him back on - 0161 8187079. The number seems to be linked to Manchester or somewhere nearby.

I got a call on 25/06/14 around 10.55 from a man speaking with a thick Indian accent. He said he was from the Ministry of Justice and was looking for a woman I've never come across before. Said some Mr David Williams is handling her case and needs to be reached straight away because "he's in the office now". Apparently this Mrs Burton is supposed to be owed a large sum in lottery winnings and compensation going back three years. Real or not? Who knows.
