Got a call from someone saying they were 'from the Review Team' or something like that, but honestly, I have no clue who they are. All he did was ramble on about these so-called top 7 live insurance plans, which sounded like total nonsense to me. Definitely sounded like some cold caller trying to push me into buying something. So, I just blocked the number straight away.

This guy was so full of himself, kept using my name and claimed he was with the review team. I asked him what it was about, he said life insurance. Told him I don't have any, then he started acting all arrogant. I just told him to buzz off and blocked him straight away!

I got a call from some company claiming to do life insurance "reviews". They had my full name and personal number. When I asked them to take me off their list, the guy kinda joked that he’d only maybe do it if I said please!

Got calls from the same number three times last Friday. When I finally picked up, the person on the line addressed me by my maiden name, even though I’ve been married for five years now. They were trying to sell life insurance. I told them repeatedly, probably five times, that I wasn’t interested, but they just kept going. Eventually I corrected them on the wrong name and they switched to using my first name. After telling them six times to take me off their calling list, the caller flat out said ‘no, I’ll ring you again in a few days’ and then hung up on me. I immediately rang them back to get removed, and the person on the other end just said ‘yeah, sure’ and quickly ended the call. Total pain with these annoying telemarketers!!!

It was just one of those automated calls. I picked up and said hello, then all I got was a robotic voice telling me goodbye straight away!

I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now. Don’t know who it was, but judging by the number, it’s probably some sales person or one of those annoying PPI or car crash claim calls.
