I got a call from a person speaking in Chinese, but I couldnt understand a word they were saying.

someone called asking for mrs whatever, i said no that’s not me. then they wanted to ask some questions, but i just told them no thanks and hung up!

Got a call from some bloke pretending to do a home marketing survey. They wanted to speak to my mum who’s been dead for ages! When I told them they had the wrong number and that she wasn’t here, they told me to hold on. As soon as I refused, they just hung up. Total scam, don’t trust it!

Oh, I should have added that I came across some info indicating that “numbers starting with 0161 418 probably aren't genuine.” Sounds a bit dodgy, don’t you think?

Never once have I taken out PPI or had debts, so I’ve no clue how they got hold of my phone number. They keep calling me nearly 15 to 20 times daily and it’s driving me mad. Tried everything but can’t seem to get them to stop!
