If this PPI firm has rung you, I’d really recommend filing a complaint with the TPS. I did the same and they got back to me pretty quickly, telling Regional Legal Ltd to stop contacting me. Just so you know, their company number is 09528006 and the director is Charles Stewart, who’s been in charge since 31st October 2016. He was born in October 1990, and their address is 325 - 327 Oldham Road, Manchester M40 7PS.

I've received four calls from this number over the past couple of days. I've made it a rule not to pick up calls from unfamiliar numbers because of the relentless barrage of nuisance calls on my mobile. I decided to ring the number back and it turns out to be some sort of professional claims agency, likely dealing with PPI or endowment mortgages. Quite clearly, these are unsolicited calls.

Some woman was saying that Lloyds Banking Group owes her money, but they aren’t one of those PPI firms. She was proper rude on the phone, getting really cocky when I mentioned that if I was due PPI, I wouldn’t go through them since they take a slice. Then she just slammed the phone down like she was annoyed.
