Got a call supposedly from Quindell Solicitors about a car accident. They said the other driver had made a claim thinking I had some 'minor pain' and that I should be able to claim as well. I keep getting these annoying calls about some car crash that never happened, really pushy scams. Seems like insurance firms have been handing out my number and car info without asking me! I'm on the TPS list too but it doesn't seem to make any difference. I just ignore the calls now and hope they stop soon. Honestly, the TPS isn't doing much good here!

Somehow, they’ve got hold of my name and car info, probably leaked by some insurance firm without asking me. Tried to report to TPS but they don't seem to do anything about it. They kept ringing me up loads of times every day. Eventually, I picked up because there was a bloke nearby who helped answer it. The guy on the other end barely spoke English, sounded super foreign, and claimed he was calling from Ware about some accident that never happened. When I asked for his name, he said “Anthony Anthony,” which felt totally dodgy. Then he lost it, shouting swear words at me and calling me a proper f*cking ar*se, going completely mental. I’m on the TPS list, so I’m not sure how to stop these crazy people from harassing me like this.

I got a call around 5.30pm on 4th Sept 2015 from someone saying they were with 'Castle Key'. They said my standing order for the membership hadn’t gone through this month and that my membership was about to cancel. I had no clue what 'Castle Key' was, yet this guy claimed the payments had been coming from my account for the past year. He even described it as a 'members club where women take their bras off'. I told him he must have the wrong number, but then he rattled off my name, address, and even the model of my car. He also bizarrely mentioned something about having “the attractive black woman in the back”. After that I hung up, but now I’m kinda worried he actually knows the car I drive.

This has been going on for weeks, and today the bloke got really rude and even said he’d show up at my place. I ended up ringing the police and made a report, but it wasn’t much use. They just told me to sign up on some site called TPS to block spam calls. I’d already done that ages ago, yet the calls keep coming through.

Got a call from some dodgy legal firm telling me I had an "unclaimed payout" from a car crash I was involved in. They say there's cash "ready to be given" even though the accident was my fault and I wasnt even hurt. Totally rubbish!
