I've had this number ringing me about nine separate times over just a few days, never leaving a voicemail after their initial call. Because of that, I had no choice but to block it. But even then, the texts keep coming, all telling me to call 759, which is pretty frustrating. Honestly, this feels like harassment no matter when it happens, day or night.
