Caller claimed to be from Assist Financial Management Ltd, saying they were following up on a query I supposedly made. That’s rubbish, I work in finance and never contacted them. They reckoned being on the TPS would have stopped the call, but it still came through. I’m going to report this to the TPS.

I recently received a phone call from a number which was answered by a courteous gentleman. He spoke fluent English and addressed me by name, mentioning that I had a loan under my name. I promptly responded that I had no knowledge of such a loan. The man abruptly ended the call after speaking rapidly. It's disheartening to encounter individuals who prey on others for personal gain.

I recently received a phone call from this number. A courteous gentleman with fluent English language skills addressed me by my name. He informed me that there was a loan in my name. However, I replied that I have no knowledge of such loan. The individual spoke rapidly and abruptly ended the call. These individuals are nothing but insatiable parasites.

01615050364 kept ringing my mobile, I didn’t pick up, then they rang me another 6 times with the same start of the number but different last digits, sneaky lot. Then they tried from a withheld number too, so I’ve blocked all 3 now from calls and texts. My mate had the same thing happen, they called her like 14 times in one hour yesterday. She finally answered and ended up with her phone bill shooting up from £20 to £43 'cause of these idiots. All their numbers are proper blocked now.

I’m not entirely certain, but I reckon it’s about PPI. They sounded really rude and acted like they wanted to dig into the finances of whoever’s name they were calling. Honestly, the government should really be cracking down on these lot - 3rd parties poking around into your credit history, loans and mortgages can seriously mess up your credit score. It’s just not right.

They ring me loads but never pick up. When I called back, all I got was a recorded message saying I’d reached Aspire Resources Group and the number can’t take calls. I looked up Aspire and found they were set up in December 2015, with one director called Michael Christopher Abbott at 3 Clough Drive Manchester M25 3JS. There’s absolutely no contact details for them or Mr Abbott anywhere. I’ve reported this to OFCOM, and if enough people do the same, maybe Mr Abbott will get fined under the new rules.

I was contacted twice today by someone, even though I had informed them during the first call that I was registered on the Telephone Preference Service. They identified themselves as "Assist Financial" and said they were calling regarding a refund, insisting on completing the necessary paperwork. Absolutely unbelievable.

No clue who this is but they've rang me 3 times today. The first time, they wanted to talk to my parents since they're the ones who own the house. When I said they weren't home and offered to take a message, they just hung up on me straight away. The next two calls all I could hear was loads of noise in the background and then they just cut off after about 5 or 6 seconds. Really weird behaviour.
