Had a really unpleasant experience with a woman from some dodgy insurance crash claim. Proper rude and unhelpful!

Got a call about some "national accident register" for a small fender bender I supposedly had. Total rubbish, obviously a scam. Didn't even bother, just blocked the number.

I got a call from someone who said they were with “the national accident database” - though she kinda messed up the name and seemed like she just invented it right then and there. She did know my first name, which was a bit odd. She was asking about a “minor bump” on my car from the past couple of years, which I know didn't happen at all. To be fair, she was quite polite and promised she’d take my info off whatever system they were using.

I got a call about some car crash and possible injury payout. The person on the line had no clue about the specifics - they couldn’t tell me when it happened or which insurance company was involved. It all felt a bit dodgy, like a scam or something fishy.
