I received a phone call from someone claiming they wanted to chat with my husband about promoting his business on Facebook. They identified themselves as part of a company called Advertising on Facebook.com. When I pressed for more information and asked for her credentials so I could relay the details, she flat out refused. I suggested that she send an email with the business information, but she wouldn’t have it. She insisted that my husband had given his permission for this call, which was simply not true.

Quite suspicious indeed! A lady reached out to me concerning our business's Facebook profile. She inquired about more details but quickly lost interest when I revealed I wasn't the owner. I have a hunch this might be a bit dodgy.
