It’s not just 01618132277 you need to watch out for, also watch 01614293359 - both belong to Money-hut. They use this automated system where they ring up to 10 people at once, but when someone picks up, they hang up the others. Another trick they do is calling 25 numbers simultaneously, and if the agent can’t get to your call in 3 minutes, it just drops you. This setup means their reps are constantly busy, making more money but totally ignoring the customers. Here’s a little tip to get back at them though - they’ve got a freephone number you can ring to waste their time, but make sure you dial 141 first so your number stays hidden. The freephone is 0800 111 6655. I try to ring them like 20 times a day sometimes, and whenever I get someone, I make sure they know I’m getting my own back!
