They rang me half a dozen times today. Picked up once and could hear loads of noise from a call centre at the back. The guy addressed me by my shortened first name and mentioned where he was calling from, but I didn’t quite catch it. I just ended the call. After the sixth ring I decided to ‘block this number’. It’s pretty straightforward, but I know they probably have plenty more to keep trying! Proper nuisance calls.

I've been inundated with calls from this number, ringing me no fewer than four times a day for the last week. They never bother to leave a message, and on the couple of occasions I did pick up, they just hung up as soon as I said hello. Quite the nuisance, if you ask me!

Got two calls from the same bloke before I even picked up. He was all about some PPI refund deal with ‘8%’ statutory payback but wants to nick 39% for sorting it out. When I said I could claim it myself without paying a penny, he tried to say I wouldn’t get the full amount if I did it alone.

This number keeps ringing me on my phone loads of times each day! I just ignore it. On Monday, I got a voicemail from this number. Some posh woman said, “Hello love, hope you’re alright.
