I decided to answer and it turned out to be St Helens Glass checking if I'd be interested in swapping any of my windows. Since I live with my folks, I told them this is my own phone and I don't actually own the house. I reckon they'll keep ringing though, they've already called loads of times.

They said something like St Helens Glass, or some name close to that - the call centre noise was awful and very unprofessional. They’ve been ringing me every single day, sometimes even 3 times a day, for a bit over a week now. Didn’t answer before as I was away abroad. Got home and finally answered, and they called me by my mum’s name, which has never happened before. Honestly, I’m just relieved these annoying lot weren’t pestering my mum instead!!!!

I worked out pretty quick it was a scam cos they called me by the wrong name. I often put down a fake one when I’m signing up for sites I’m iffy about or if I just wanna download something.
