St Helens Glass calling as telemarketers. I looked up the company and St Helens uses the 01744 code, but the number calling me was 0161, which is Manchester. The main office is actually in Cheshire, where 0161 matches, so that adds up. Just a bothersome ring. They seemed to know my name and postcode, but when I asked how they got my details, the bloke said he was new and I had to speak with someone else who wasn’t available. Didn’t really inspire much confidence!
