What measures do they have in place to ensure the security of personal information when outsourcing to a company based in South Africa? Sadly, Brooksdale has chosen to ignore my queries and even challenged my review on TrustPilot, resulting in its removal since all the evidence rests on an undocumented phone call rather than anything concrete.
