Honestly, these annoying lot keep ringing me nonstop every day and it’s driving me mad! I’ve shouted at them plenty of times to quit it, but they just don't listen. They had my name, DOB, and at least my house number, so maybe they got it from some online competition. They said I was a finalist for winning a new iPhone, but then started talking about winning 150 lines a week in the Euromillions for just £4. When she mentioned it would cost £39 a month and that they’d send me a link to set up an online account, I told her I couldn’t afford it, and the call ended pretty civilly. Still, I’ve blocked the number now. No way am I clicking on any links or sharing my financial details.

I then tried saying I was 13, hoping that would stop them, but since the date I supposedly signed up was in 1996, I ended up saying it was my ‘sister’s’ birthday instead. They then started accusing me of fraud, even though I explained that my sister said it was fine to use her details. The guy became really defensive and kept insisting what I was doing was illegal and fraudulent. I eventually just hung up, but now I’m feeling a bit uneasy about the whole thing.
