I’m proper fed up with getting calls from this number all the time. It’s definitely going straight onto my spam block list now.

Beware, there’s this thing where hackers lock your phone line so even after you hang up, the call stays active and you keep getting charged. They basically keep the line busy until you dial another number, and you’re stuck connected to some premium rate service. If you keep getting silent calls from the same number over and over, be careful. Best to switch off your mobile and unplug your landline for about 20 seconds. Afterwards, call someone you know to check if your line is clear. Apparently, mobile numbers and landlines from providers like Virgin Media and TalkTalk have been targeted and hacked online.
