Got two calls off this number recently. The first time I picked up, there was barely any sound, just someone breathing quietly but no words said. I hung up and then the same number rang me straight away again, I chose to leave it unanswered this time. A bit later, another call came through from 0161 818 6460, which I had on my blocked list because it was linked to scams before. Seems like these were connected and possibly some sort of scam trying to get through. Be careful, best not to pick up or talk to them.
