I've had a couple of calls from this number yesterday (31st July 2018) and yet another one today (1st August 2018), but it doesn't ring a bell in my contact list. I tend to steer clear of answering calls from unfamiliar numbers, and I certainly won’t be returning calls when the caller can't be bothered to drop a message. Unsurprisingly, this particular caller also neglected to leave any voicemail, so they'll be chucked onto the ignore list-possibly even blocked if these calls persist.
