I received a call from a firm named ACM using the number 0161 711 0854. They claimed to be following up on aftercare linked to an incident I experienced, and to my surprise, they actually knew the right date! When I informed the caller that I don’t entertain cold calls, he replied in a rather rude manner, suggesting that if I wanted to stay on my so-called 'high horse', I could miss out on the compensation I was entitled to. He then swiftly hung up, leaving me quite staggered! I've since reported them to the Co-operative insurance, the Ombudsman, and any other relevant authority I could think of! Quite the bizarre encounter, I must say! :O

I've been receiving calls on my mobile from this number, yet every time I pick up, there’s nothing but silence before they hang up. It's utterly baffling who it could be or what their intentions are, and it's becoming quite frustrating. I’d really appreciate it if this could be resolved. Many thanks!
