Received a call from a rather raucous location, and the individual had a pronounced Asian accent, which set off alarm bells for me! The caller introduced herself as Sarah and, curiously enough, was privy to my entire name and home address. She proposed to sort out the renewal for my answering machine's cover, which struck me as rather dodgy. Quite the suspect character, if you ask me!

When I said it wasn’t me, they just snapped, saying “why you gotta lie? Why you lie like that?” Proper weird and rude, felt like a total scam.
