Today I received a call on my mobile from an unknown number. Since I wasn't wearing my glasses, I couldn't see it clearly but still decided to answer. The person on the other end asked for me by name, which was quite strange considering I have a pay as you go phone. I didn't catch the name of the caller, but he started talking about helping me get money back, assuming that like everyone else, I must have a bank loan or some sort of personal finance situation. When I informed him that I didn't have any loans, not even a car loan, he seemed genuinely surprised. I kindly asked him to remove my number from whatever list he was using to contact people.
