Even though I’m on the TPS list, this number keeps calling my mobile and then just cuts off every time. It's really annoying!

Got a call from some firm saying they could help me save cash on my shopping, but they insisted I hear them out about their products first. I told them it was a cold call and asked to have my number taken off their list. The bloke then claimed I had to hear everything before they’d do that. I said that wasn’t right, but he sounded like he was trying hard to keep me talking. What’s the point of that?
