This morning at 08:47 I had a call from 0161 550 6671, but since I didn’t know the number, I just let it go to voicemail. I’ve got voicemail set up on my mobile and my landline, so I figure if it’s something urgent, they’ll leave a message. I always come here to check numbers like this - the website has loads of helpful info and helps me feel more secure. Even though I didn’t pick up, getting a random call first thing is still a bit annoying.

They keep ringing non-stop. Every time I answer and say I don't want to be called or ask who's on the other end, they just put the phone down. Still, the calls don't stop.

Watch out for Sanako Service Ltd, it’s a dodgy firm based out of the Marshall Islands. They’re behind quite a few other scammy businesses like Monkeyvacation.com, Newvacationrental.com, coinmining-farm.com, Riveraammunition.com, Finvestings.com and Mindmining.com. If any of those numbers ring you, it’s best to report them to the FCA in the UK, they’re definitely up to no good.

This was proper harassment. The caller was a bloke with an asian accent and he actually knew my name. When I asked which company he was with, he dodged the question. I pressed him on where he got my info from, including my address, and he said it was all public info. I told him to take my details off whatever list he had, but he just kept blabbering on. In the end I just hung up and blocked the number. I flagged this call as suspicious because I reckon he was gearing up to try and scam me out of cash.

Got a call from a lady with an accent, said her name was Rosie and she was from some place called Lifestyle. After the usual “how are you doing” and a “god bless you ma’am” bit, she wanted to confirm my address. Trouble is, I moved out of there nearly 6 years ago. She wasn’t put off though, carried on asking if I owned the house. Then she asked what age bracket I fell into. When I asked why, she said it helps decide which questions to ask next. I just told her I wasn’t interested and hung up.

I had a couple of calls yesterday and again this morning. The caller had an Indian accent, and every time I inquired about their identity, they promptly disconnected. It seemed like there was quite a hubbub of voices in the background, reminiscent of a call centre environment.

Got a call early on a Saturday, around 8 am, from someone saying they were with the UK sentinel service. They already knew my name but then asked if I lived at some random place called 8 Woodlands Crescent in KT4, which I have no connection to at all. I didn’t give them any info and as soon as I said no, they just hung up. Their English was terrible too. Proper waste of time.
