this number has rung me a few times now. the guy on the other end somehow knew my name, but i have absolutely no clue who he is. he’s called from various different phone numbers, mostly in the afternoon and once on a saturday too. the voice sounded familiar, so i just ended the call straight away. it felt really off and a bit unsettling if i’m honest. i reckon he’s figured out how to spoof the numbers to trick people.

Got a call from someone saying I had life insurance with Aviva and that there were some benefits waiting for me to collect. Seemed like another dodgy scam to me, so I’m just going to add the number to my block list.
