Got a call today from a woman named Jane, who said she was from a solar firm offering grants for my neighbourhood. She was really polite at first, but when I said there’s no room on my roof for panels, she just hesitated a bit then went right back to her pitch. I tried to stop her a couple times but she ignored me and kept talking, so I ended up hanging up. I’m signed up with the TPS, so this was definitely a breach by doing unsolicited live calls.

Rang me on 5/10/23 at 16:37. I picked up and said hello, but there was this strange squelching sound. Then I heard a voice, sounded like the same woman who’s called me a bunch of times before from different 0161 numbers, always about loft insulation. Before she could speak, another person interrupted, a woman named Jane claiming I qualified for a solar panel grant. When she asked if I owned the property, I said no, and they hung up. I live in a flat with no loft or roof, so fitting solar panels isn’t possible. Honestly, better soundproofing between floors would help much more.
