The person claimed to be from O2 but kept asking if I was on pay as you go or contract, how much I paid, how many mins I get, and what phone I had. I told them, if they were really from O2 they’d already know all that. They said they needed to confirm my ID as the call was being recorded, but it felt dodgy. Told them to take me off their list straight away.
