They mentioned they dealt with my PPI claim a few years back and claimed I’m actually due more cash because some of it was wrongly handed over to Inland Revenue for tax - which apparently shouldn’t have happened. According to them, I should’ve received the entire amount recovered from the bank, minus their fee of course. The caller had all my info, but the connection kept cutting out. I kept asking him to repeat stuff since I couldn’t catch everything and after a while he got a bit rude about it. I just told him if there’s really any extra money, to send me a letter.
