According to him, I ought to have received the complete sum reclaimed from the bank, barring of course, their fee. He possessed quite a bit of my personal information, but the call quality left much to be desired. I found myself repeatedly asking him to clarify his statements, which seemed to irritate him somewhat. I eventually informed him that if there was genuinely any more money owed to me, he should put it in writing.
