They keep calling me every single day and I’m not picking up, if it was important then surely they’d drop a message or summat.

I received a call on behalf of my partner from someone with a thick Scottish accent, claiming that Diamond Resorts had been convicted of misleading practices in their sales. He asked if she had pursued any compensation. The thing is, she's not affiliated with them, so she told him to ring me later this evening. However, I'm sat here twiddling my thumbs, still waiting for that call. It's puzzling, really-why would they reach out to her if she has no ties to them?

Thought it might be a scam so I just ignored the call. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Answered twice in the last couple days. Once, it was someone saying they were from o2, which I don’t even have as a provider, and the next time it was someone from BT, who I also don’t use. Seems like a proper scam since if you listen close, you can hear other voices on the line chatting about loads of different phone companies. I even caught someone say ‘Three’ at one point. Definitely dodgy.

Absolutely the worst call I've gotten, they rang me twice and already knew my first name. The guy was Indian and claimed to be from O2, giving these deals that sounded way too good to be real. I was gobsmacked they thought I'd fall for it so easily, it was clearly a scam. When he offered a deal and I agreed, he immediately asked for my debit card info, so I just laughed. Then he said he’d transfer me to someone else, and I ended up speaking with another dodgy bloke, a Manc, who was even more aggressive. They were both proper rude call centre people, no joke.
