Random call from 01615328229 - a woman claiming to work for PAC rang me out the sudden about pension stuff. She started with some spiel about FCA regulation and mentioned issues with some independent financial advisors. I told her right away I was not interested since I don’t have any investments. Then she asked if I’d put money into any pension in the past 7 years. I said no, I retired at 55, used to be in the police. Without missing a beat, she just cut the call. Bit suspicious if you ask me!

Got a call from a woman called "Clare", sounded really down and like she was just reading off something - clear pension scam. When she rang back, it was just some robotic voice and went silent once I picked up, seems linked to the number 01615328262 from a couple of days ago. Funny thing is, they only got my number because it was swiped back in Aug 2019 in London, thanks to some staff at a now defunct financial firm that used to be legit.

Yesterday, I got a call from a number almost the same as this but it ended with an 8 instead of a 9. They were once again pretending to be from some pension recovery firm. Total scam alert, watch out folks!

Absolute scumbags, these fraudsters need to be stopped! I've informed action fraud about them, and honestly, everyone should be doing the same to get these phones shut down. Once reported, the authorities can even tap into their calls, track their location, and organise a proper raid to put an end to this nonsense. It's clear they don't want to work, just swindle people instead. Honestly, they probably snuck in illegally on some tiny boat. Get these muppets sent straight back to Rwanda, pronto!

I've had the unfortunate experience of receiving calls from this number twice now. Strangely enough, they seemed to have my full name both times. I previously informed them that I do not possess a pension, but this time I rather rudely told them to shove off before hanging up the phone.
