I received a call from someone identifying himself as Raj, supposedly representing the ECC, who was insistent on discussing a refund. He just wouldn't take a hint and kept on pressing me. What irritated me the most about this unsolicited call was his incessant chatter-he never seemed to take a breath!

they keep ringing me up like 4 times every single day. this is total harassment and must be against the law. i’m going to start recording their calls so i can gather proof and get this call centre shut down permanently.
