Got a robo call about some government deal on home insulation. Then a human actually answered and asked me twice if I own the house. I was at work in my company’s office so I just said NO, and they hung up straight away.

During my lunch break today, I got another call from this number. For the past few weeks, I've been getting calls with numbers beginning 01615 24..., usually around midday. When I've picked up, a woman supposedly from ‘Eco Solutions’ talks about loft insulation. She asks if my loft has fibreglass insulation and then claims it might be worn out, pushing some kind of expanded foam insulation. Honestly, it’s a scam because your insulation likely doesn’t need replacing, and that foam stuff can actually harm the roof’s interior. Today, instead of saying ‘hello’, I answered with ‘serendipity’ and she hung up straight away. This call centre, based around Manchester, is really pushy. Be wary and don’t get sucked in!
