When they asked for my name and address, I gave it without thinkin, but when they wanted my national insurance number, I said no way. After that, they said they had to check with their manager and then hung up. Honestly, felt awful after the whole thing!

She then urged me to press a button to speak with someone. Whatever you do, steer clear of that! It’s just a ploy to scam you out of your money. My advice? Hang up and move on with your day.
