KM Communications I had quite the experience when I spoke to a lady from this company. She was of Asian descent, but to be honest, her manner was rather lacking in professionalism. There was a noticeable chuckle from someone in the background, which was a bit off-putting. She inquired about my iPhone, asking if it was the latest model or one from a bit further back. Quite oddly, she also wanted to know how much I forked out for it!
