Beware of this scam! They act like they're Virgin Media, asking all the right security stuff just like the real lot. But they're actually con artists. Someone called me saying they were from 02, but it was impossible to understand much since the bloke seemed to be yelling straight into a cheap £2 headset mic. The whole thing was just a garbled mess. Definitely felt like a scam to me!

Absolutely dodgy! These blokes masquerade as Virgin Media representatives, and they’re alarmingly convincing, firing off all the right security questions you'd expect. Do not be deceived-it's a ruse! They even have the cheek to call Virgin on another line, acting as if they’re you, and subsequently go off ordering contracts and handsets in your name! Trust me, don't make the same mistake I did!

BEWARE OF THIS TRICKERY! These chaps are masquerading as Virgin Media, and they know their stuff - they’ll fire off all the right security questions as if they're the real deal. The ruse is quite clever; they’re actually chatting with the genuine Virgin folks on another line, impersonating you to set up contracts and mobile devices under your name. I’ve been caught out by this already, so don’t let it happen to you! Stay sharp and don’t get taken in by their schemes!

Got a call from someone called ‘David’ claiming to be from Virgin Media.
