Just last week, I received a similar call from an 0161 number claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse. Quite suspicious if you ask me!

Just as others have mentioned, I received a call about my mobile or SIM, and they proceeded to grill me about my phone details-something I simply won’t divulge. The connection was incredibly sluggish, which I presume meant it was coming from overseas. Eventually, after a bit of back and forth, I decided to terminate the call and added the number to my block list.
