I got called twice from different numbers by some dodgy people claiming I owed money. When I told them I had no debts, they just cut the call. Then right after, another call comes through with the same spiel, word for word. Total scam, watch out!

Got a call from a woman asking for me by name, so I jokingly said it was Minnie Mouse on the line. She just cut off the call after that. I’ve since blocked the number. When I phoned it back, an automated voice said something about Green Energy. I looked it up online and the real Green Energy number is 01920 486156, so I’m pretty sure it’s some kind of scam.

I've set up a call blocker so my phone never rings, but I can still see who's been calling. I regularly look at this website to keep track. So far, I've blocked about 30 calls and none have disturbed me. Honestly, call centre folks seriously need to get a proper job and stop pestering people.

I received a rather peculiar call where the chap inquired whether I was burdened by any debts, boasting that he had solutions for my financial troubles. I firmly informed him that I wasn't in debt at all. To my surprise, he promptly cut the line. Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to ring the number back while withholding my number. To my astonishment, I was greeted by a recorded message about Green Energy, stating that all their advisors were currently occupied. How very odd!

I received a call from someone asking for Mrs Armstrong, a name that nobody here recognises. The caller wasted no time and began to ramble on about being a debt counselling service supposedly affiliated with the government, claiming they could wipe out 60% of one's debt. It was clearly a dodgy operation! I had a bit of time to spare, so I let the call continue for a short while. They just needed my bank details to kick things off. I told the chap that he was nothing but a scamming little rascal, and despite his attempts to persuade me otherwise, I hung up. I've since blocked the number! I suggest anyone else facing the same situation does the same.
