I got a call from 0161 5201323 and my phone just automatically blocked it. A while back someone nicked my wallet and cards at the hospital, so I had to cancel everything and get new ones. Since then, I’ve been getting loads of calls from what sounds like the fraud team, so to stop all that, I set my phone to block likely spam numbers. This one was definitely added to the blacklist.

Got a call from this number earlier. When I answered, asked who it was. They said it was my mobile provider about some bill. I told them this number isn’t one they’d normally use to call me. Then they just hung up.

I got a call from someone claiming they look after Council Properties to keep them in decent condition. They said they’d sort out any repairs for you and get the council or landlord to pay. When I said they were basically encouraging breaking the tenancy agreement, they insisted councils had given them the go-ahead. I wasn’t convinced. I’ve now sent their contact details to my Housing Association to deal with, and I’ve also requested them to take my phone number off their list.
