Gave them a bell. I asked who was on the line, and they responded it was my mobile provider concerning my invoice. I mentioned that I’d never had a call from that number before. Then they just hung up.

Received a call from the Manchester area, number 0044 161 520 2479. A woman with a bit of an odd accent was repeatedly saying “hello”. I could also hear a young girl in the background echoing the same “hello, hello”. When I inquired who they were, they abruptly hung up on me. Quite peculiar, indeed!

I’ve heard that these folks claim they’re responsible for making sure Council Properties are kept in tip-top shape. They even suggest they can handle repairs for you and subsequently charge the Local Authority or Landlord. When I confronted them about their implication that residents could disregard their contractual agreements, they attempted to argue that Local Authorities were in the loop. Absolute nonsense, if you ask me. I've forwarded their number to my Housing Association so they can step in, and I made it clear that I want my details erased from their records.
