Just got a call from 01615 201315. Some bloke with an Indian accent said he was from a BT nuisance call blocking team. I was a bit suspicious straight away since I've dealt with scammers before. When I told him I wasn't interested, he started getting a bit rude. Eventually, he just ended the call when I kept refusing.

The individual on the other end claimed to be representing Infinity Call Blocker, insisting on this point quite adamantly. I posed my question to him on two occasions. While he did possess some details, his insistence on obtaining more raised my suspicions, leading me to graciously refuse. It's clear to me that this was nothing but a scam.

Someone called claiming it was a survey. I couldn’t catch much because of their accent. Weird thing is, they already had my name and where I live - felt kinda creepy! Later, I checked the number and there was an automated message saying it was from UK National. They mentioned a website too, www.uknational.co.uk but when I looked it up, the site had a totally different phone number listed.

Got a call this afternoon from a number looking for some woman named Alice something or other. I said that wasn’t the person they wanted. They mentioned putting some kind of block on the phone line but I told them to forget it. I made it clear right away they had the wrong person and not to bother again.

I received a couple of dodgy calls, and just when I thought it was over, the same number-01615201315-rang me back, purporting to be from a service that supposedly blocks scam calls. Got a call from this number claiming to be Adrian Flux telling me they wanted to send a DR over to my place. I rang up Adrian Flux myself and they had no idea who this was or anything to do with that phone number. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call today from this number but they didn’t leave a voicemail. Didn’t know who it was so rang back and just got an answerphone saying all the customer service lines were busy. The voice sounded American, reminded me of that female voice from the Amazon Prime scams. Honestly, probably best to steer clear if you can.

Ever since Thursday, 28th October, I've had quite the experience with my landline, receiving no fewer than 19 calls, and a staggering 18 of them have been dodgy nuisance calls! It appears they’re employing all sorts of phishing and scamming tactics, not to mention using numbers that you simply can't return a call to. One really has to wonder, what on earth are the telecom providers doing about this dismal state of affairs? It’s as though one feels a touch anxious about even picking up the phone these days. Are they just content to rake in the profits from these numbers, all while turning a blind eye to the countless individuals being swindled out of their hard-earned money?

Got called twice from this number earlier today. I couldn’t really make out the business they said they were with. The second time, I accidentally picked up. A guy with a strong foreign accent was asking for me by name, but he kept cutting me off when I tried to talk, which was pretty rude. Ended up just hanging up on him. Honestly, I’d say don’t bother picking up if you get a call from this number - it’s annoying as hell!

So, this afternoon I got 5 calls from the same spoofed number. The caller, Sam, apparently UK national but with a foreign accent, called me the first time and just hung up after like 2 mins and 37 secs. The second call lasted less, about 1 minute 44 seconds before he ended it. After that, I just ignored the next three calls he made. Pretty sure it’s a scam.
