Looks like from what others have said it might be octopus energy. Bit odd tho since I thought they were one of the best for switching your gas & electricity. So why are they still ringing up cold trying to get more business? Proper frustrating. I’ve labelled it as harassment.

Energy transfer lot wont take a no for an answer, even if you tell them straight up youre not keen. Best thing is to just cut the call and block em, otherwise they keep nagging.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with Octopus Energy, or trying to rope me into switching my energy provider to them. They wanted loads of info, even asked for my email, which I refused to share. I got out of the chat by telling them I had no clue about my current energy rates and that they could ring me the next day when I had that info. I've since blocked the number on my phone.

In the past couple of weeks they've called me 9 times. It used to be just once every other week. Now they've been ringing me 4 days straight. You’d figure if it was really important, they’d leave a voicemail or something. After the twentieth attempt, you'd think they'd go, 'hang on, maybe leave a message saying who we are and what this is about, please call back' or 'we’ll try again tomorrow at 12:22.'
