Got a call from this firm claiming I’d signed up for something online about a funeral plan. When I asked the woman where she got my info, she got all defensive and just kept pushing if I wanted to proceed or not. I asked again about my details and then she just hung up on me. Proper rude behaviour. The caller said her name was Kerry. I’ve definitely never filled out anything related to a funeral plan.
