I'm pretty sure this isn’t a PPI company. They keep asking for stuff like your date of birth, bank loans, and credit cards. Don’t hand over any of that info, they might be trying to clone your account or something dodgy like that.

They call me around 10 times daily, claiming to be from my bank and asking for my full postcode, saying I've supposedly changed address which I haven't. I told them if they were truly my bank, they'd already know. Then the bloke got really rude and started shouting at me.
