Got a call from some life insurance lot again, but this time they used a different number. Told them straight up I’m not interested - had the same chat with them before. They just don’t seem to get the message!

Just a heads up for everyone - if the calls are from a UK call centre, they're legally required to follow GDPR rules. That includes the right to be forgotten under article 17, section A. So you can ask them to erase your data and they have to abide by it.

I noticed I got a couple of missed calls earlier, but I couldn't answer them. Then when I rang back, it just kept ringing non stop. So frustrating!

It’s so frustrating! I told them I wasn’t interested, but they still rang me again the very next day. There really ought to be stricter rules for these sorts of companies. I blocked one number, and then they just switched to another to keep pestering me.

Just received a call off 0161 414 0113 but I’ve already blocked it. Now this one, 0161 414 0116, is ringing me too. Gonna block that one straight away as well. From now on, I’m steering clear of any calls starting with 0161 414. If it’s something real or urgent, they can always leave a voicemail!

They keep calling me but whenever I answer, there’s no one there.

I've requested multiple times for these callers to cease their incessant communications, but lo and behold, I'm still receiving 2 to 3 calls daily regarding insurance offerings! Is there any recourse I have to pursue legal action against them? This feels like blatant harassment, and surely there ought to be some form of recompense for individuals who’ve expressly asked them to halt these bothersome calls.

A couple of days ago I got a call from this number but when I answered nobody said a word, so I ended up hanging up. Then the very next day, the same number called me again and this time it was a woman saying I’d been in an accident. Naturally, I asked for details about the accident and she said it was a car crash. But as I kept questioning her, she seemed lost and couldn’t really give proper answers, so I figured it was a scam and hung up.
