There was a woman who rang me, but I couldn't quite grasp what she was trying to communicate. Her accent was quite thick, and her grasp of English was rather poor, to be honest. To top it off, the call came from a number I didn't recognise. Quite puzzling, really!

They said they were from Everyday Loans, but that’s not true at all. I actually know someone who works there and told me it’s a scam. Best thing to do is just block and report them.

I told someone I wasn’t feeling well and asked them to ring me later, then I ended the call. After that, they called back all annoyed, asking if I hung up because I couldn’t understand English. Their rude attitude really got on my nerves, especially since I speak perfect English and was actually educated here, unlike them. I had to end the call because I was struggling with a bad fever and couldn’t breathe properly. To make it worse, they called me again from another number just to be nasty. The second number was 01642450416.

Total scams! They never bother leaving any voicemail. I've got calls from all sorts of random mobile numbers, plus one that’s supposedly a landline in Manchester with the 0161 code. Honestly, BT should shut that number down for good.

The caller had both my landline and mobile numbers, which was a bit creepy. I chose not to pick up because I don’t usually answer calls from numbers I don’t recognise. They didn’t bother to leave any voicemail either.

Right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, they somehow thought it was okay to ring me up trying to sell stuff. Bloody cheek!
