The company isn’t managed great, but honestly, the Walkden branch is on a whole other level. That place is a nightmare and they've had tons of complaints against them.

I’ve dealt with their management and while it’s not great, it’s nowhere near as terrible as the Walkden branch. That place is awful and they’ve had loads of complaints about it.

Terrible management firm, really puts landlords in a bad light. They use sneaky tactics with the attics when putting properties up for sale. Loads of them never even get officially listed on the market.

Check out fabswingers[###], theres this bloke called George Bailey who apparently sneaks around offering cheeky kickbacks just to get his foot in the door of their places. If youre curious you can give 07438792578 a bell and see what they say.

Bridgfords Estates in Swinton are a rubbish management team. They seem to let empty flats get used for swinger meetups or parties, and apparently, there's even a profile on some swingers website linked to them. Not what you'd expect from a proper estate agent.
