I came across a bunch of party people who sneak into abandoned houses just to throw their wild parties. It’s mad how they pick empty places to make a right mess. Proper annoying for anyone living nearby!

bridgford estates are proper dodgy, honestly. left folks without any heating or hot water, which is just not on. the places they manage feel unsafe, and honestly, there's a vibe that’s a bit racist and homophobic. wouldn’t recommend dealing with them at all.

there’s this swingers club that runs rentals for their parties, and the main crew organising them is from the Walkden spot. george always turns up at those get-togethers. donna’s really into big group fun, and joe’s absolutely crazy about her.

I got a call from some estate agents who also seem to rent out vacant flats for swinger gatherings. Loads of dodgy stuff going on, people doing all sorts you wouldn’t want to hear about. Some bloke named George’s the one organising it, it’s mental!

bridgfords estates really a rubbish management team. mark, who works there, is known for charging folks #### for rent. he’s also been seen doing a bit of coke on weekend nights. plus, he apparently throws swinging parties in empty houses they manage. you can even find pictures on fab swingers if you look.
