Got a call from 0161 710 1624 today, a woman who spoke so confidently claiming I’d supposedly signed up for some anti-bullying book. She said the school would be in touch and that I owed £249! I never agreed to anything like that. She warned they’d call me again once the invoice was sent. Blocked the number straight away. Definitely a scam, watch out!

Like others here, I got a call from someone claiming I signed up for an anti bullying scheme. They said a local school would be sending me a thank you note for backing their cause and that I'd soon get a bill for £195. I've never agreed to anything like that. They did say I'd hear from their complaints team though. We'll wait and see what happens!

This sounds just like what others have mentioned before - they say you’ve signed up for some anti-bullying pamphlet. I asked if they could send me a copy of the call recording because it felt fishy. The company’s called EMB Educational Media Box or something like that. When I asked them to spell it out 'cos I couldn’t find anything about them online, the woman got really rude and said she was too busy to keep talking. Seriously hope no one gets caught out by this dodgy scam.

Same old story here. They claimed I’d promised to pay for sending books to a nearby school. They were offering a £20 discount if I just paid right then and there over the phone! I have absolutely no clue about any of this since last October.

I got a call from a woman named Michelle earlier today, saying I owed £189 for some books I'd supposedly ordered. She said she had a recording of me agreeing to it, but when I asked her to send the proof, she just cut me off. Total con artist! Don’t let anyone pull a fast one on you like that!

This morning, I got a call from a woman called Michelle who was telling me I owed £189 for some books I supposedly bought. She kept saying she had a recording of me agreeing, but when I asked for evidence, she just cut the call off. Total scam alert! Watch out, don’t fall for this trick!

I just got a call from someone claiming I’d agreed to pay £189 for these road safety manuals, something about kids getting hurt on the roads. I kept telling her I don’t remember anything like that but she just went on anyway. When I asked her to show me some emails or proof, she abruptly ended the call. Last week, I got calls from a similar number three times but they all hung up the moment I picked up. Clearly, it’s a new scam trying to play on people’s emotions by bringing up children and pretending you’ve signed up for stuff you didn’t. Such a rubbish trick.

They ring me nearly every day but as soon as I pick up, they just cut the call. Happens like once daily, really annoying!

Got a call from someone saying she was a Security Officer for the local schools, talking about knife crime. She claimed we asked her to ring again, which we never did. Then she said she’d email us and just ended the call abruptly. So rude!!

Got a call from someone saying I had signed up to support an anti-bullying project for £159 and asked where to send the books. I’m certain I never agreed to any of that. When I said I wasn’t sure, she said she’d review the recording and then just ended the call.

I got a call from a private number, no company name or anything, claiming to be from some anti-bullying group. They said I had agreed last November to support their booklet and wanted me to pay up. It felt really dodgy, like they were trying to argue me into it. They even used my first name to sound legit, but honestly, it seems like a total con. Just fishing for money with no real business behind it.

Like others have said, I got a call about some anti-bullying thing they said I’d agreed to support by funding books for a primary school. She was just trying to say thanks and find out which school I wanted to choose. When I kept saying I don’t remember signing up for anything, she just cut off the call out of the blue. Sounds quite convincing, doesn’t it?

This lady rang up asking to talk to my partner, and when I told her she wasn’t going to get through, she started going off mad! If you or whoever she works for ever sees this, I genuinely hope you catch a horrible rash or something. Have a lovely day :)

So, I got a call from someone claiming to be a Safety officer around here. She said we spoke back in October and that I agreed to sponsor some booklets about bullying for local schools. She was asking which school I'd prefer to support. Thing is, I never had any chat like that. Actually, I recall something like this from a while back where they started pushing for money for something I never signed up to. It’s definitely a scam. They probably send the booklet (maybe) and then hit you with a charge. It's baffling how they manage to pull this off with a UK number.

My mate got a call from Tanja at that company and when he told her we weren’t up for the sales pitch, she got proper hostile and nasty. She even warned she'd leave a bad review about our business if we didn’t listen. Honestly, I reckon it's about time someone reported Tanja for harrassing and bullying people.

Had a call from some woman named Michelle who claimed I’d agreed to sponsor an anti-bullying campaign. She wanted to send me an invoice and a thank you note. Said she had a tape of me accepting the sponsorship, but when I asked for more details, she just hung up on me. Very dodgy.

Someone said they were with the Kent schools safety group and began by saying, "We're just ringing to say thanks." I’ve had calls like this before, where they say I agreed to buy a book or support their campaign somehow. Thing is, I never signed up for anything. It seems like a trick, relying on you not remembering what you supposedly agreed to. But when you ask them to prove it, they never really can. Definitely feels a bit dodgy to me.

Got a call on our work phone from someone saying they were a local co-ordinator for an anti-bullying programme in schools. They kept pushing for us to pay £299 from six months back. Seemed a bit dodgy, especially when she said she had recorded our last chat but couldn’t really give proper details about the deal. I’ve handed the info over to the police as I reckon it’s a scam.

Got a call about some anti-bullying donation, was this close to being tricked. Such a dodgy scam, be careful!
