Received a rather hostile and confrontational phone call from this firm. Initially, I was in conversation with a woman named Anna, who was exceedingly forceful in her tone. Feeling unsettled, I decided to ring back to lodge a complaint, only to encounter another gentleman who was shockingly rude. Quite a distressing experience, I must say!

Utterly dodgy! Just ignore their calls! They tried to chat to us about a 'Premium Bond account' that we apparently pay into each month. Total nonsense!
