A chap rang me claiming he was offering assistance with lowering my payments to British Gas. However, when I questioned his authenticity, he got rather pushy and maintained a rather combative manner throughout the conversation. Eventually, I decided it was best to hang up!

They asserted they could offer me a discount on my boiler and drainage fees. Out of sheer boredom, I kept firing questions at them, but the operator was clueless and couldn’t provide the name of the company either. Quite the puzzling experience, to say the least!
