Got a phone call from someone sounding like they were from Tyne/Sunderland, saying they were with BT and wanted to offer me an upgrade to BT Plus. I double-checked with the real BT afterwards, and they told me it was a scam, definitely not them ringing. Beware of these dodgy calls!
